(one year)

This course provides comprehensive training in key areas such as Front Office operations, Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, and Food Production, equipping students with essential industry skills. It covers guest relations, reservation management, table service etiquette, room maintenance, and culinary techniques, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of hotel and restaurant operations. Additionally, the course emphasizes workplace skills like effective communication, IT proficiency, interview preparation, and teamwork, preparing individuals for dynamic roles in the hospitality sector. FOOD PRODUCTION AND CULINARY ARTS (6 months)

This qualification is specially designed programme to provide learners with the skills and knowledge required to meet industry standards. Under this programme the learners will be guided by a chef-instructor, who will demonstrate practically, supervise learning outcomes and provides inputs that go beyond information provided by textbooks. Front Office training focuses on hotel reception, guest relations, reservations, and handling customer inquiries.
